Beyoncé has officially reached billionaire status.
The Houston-born entertainer and businesswoman has been working professionally since she was a child as a member of Girls Tyme, which later became Destiny’s Child. The group was managed by her father, Mathew Knowles.
Parkwood Entertainment
Beyoncé has taken greater agency in her career through a slew of moves. In 2010, she launched Parkwood Entertainment, formerly Parkwood Pictures, which is responsible for her music and video production, management, marketing, digital, creative, philanthropy, and record label, Parkwood Music, according to its LinkedIn page.
“When I decided to manage myself, it was important that I didn’t go to some big management company,” Beyoncé explained at a Q&A held during a SVA Directors Screening in 2013. “I felt like I wanted to follow the footsteps of Madonna and be a powerhouse and have my own empire and show other women when you get to this point in your career, you don’t have to go sign with someone else and share your money and your success. You do it yourself.”
Touring
Forbes reports that Parkwood Entertainment covers most expenses out of the gate so Beyoncé can earn a larger share of profits in the long run. Some of the more recent projects produced under Parkwood Entertainment include the 2023 Renaissance World Tour, which grossed an estimated $600 million in ticket sales, notes the outlet. Fans were also able to experience the songs from her seventh studio album with a filmed concert distributed across AMC Theaters. It grossed $44 million worldwide. The artist pocketed nearly half of the movie’s global box office gross revenue, Forbes mentions.
“Renaissance” is part of a three-act album that includes “Cowboy Carter,” which won the Grammy Award for album of the year in 2025. Beyoncé toured the album in 2025, and it was the highest-grossing tour of the year, as AFROTECH™ previously told you. It reportedly earned $407.6 million from 1.57 million ticket sales, across 32 shows, according to IQ Magazine. An additional $50 million was earned through merchandising, Forbes reports.
The “Cowboy Carter” era also included a Christmas NFL halftime special that generated an estimated $50 million payday, notes the outlet. She also previously worked with Netflix on a documentary titled Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé, which centered on her 2018 Coachella performance and led to a payday of nearly $60 million.
Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” also paved the way for her to build a partnership with Levi Strauss & Co. as a result of her song “Levii’s Jeans” featuring Post Malone. In the third quarter of 2025, Levi’s logged $65 million in media value and saw a 12% increase in its women’s business as a result of the partnership, according to a separate article from AFROTECH™.
“Our partnership has exceeded expectations, both in terms of what it has done to be part of the equation to drive our top-line sales. You know, year to date, our sales are up in the high single digits. And our profit margins are expanding,” Levi Strauss CEO Michelle Gass told CBS News.
Beyoncé reportedly has earned $10 million from Levi’s, according to Forbes.
She is the third-highest-paid musician globally, and it is estimated that she brought in $148 million from sponsorship deals, touring, and her music catalog in 2025 alone, reports the outlet.
Other Business Ventures
Beyoncé is also the founder of whiskey brand SirDavis, which launched with the aid of Moët Hennessy. She also launched haircare brand Cécred, which became available in 1,400 Ulta Beauty stores in April 2025, according to a press release.
Cécred also became the top prestige haircare launch in Ulta’s history, Ulta Beauty Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer Lauren Brindley confirmed on LinkedIn. Its restoring hair and edge drops reached first-year projections in just one month, Women’s Wear Daily reports.
Beyoncé Is A Billionaire
According to Forbes, Beyoncé’s business moves have led her to reach billionaire status, joining a list that includes Oprah Winfrey ($3.2 billion) Rihanna ($1 billion) and Jay-Z ($2.5 billion).
